You have the right to return your ordered product within 14 days for any reason. The 14 day term starts when the package arrives at your address or package is taken from the post office.
The Seller do not compensate returned packages transport cost. In the case of returns, the cost of courier service for the initial order will not be compensated.
The product you wish to exchange or return cannot be damaged or have signs of having been worn, it must be in its original packaging and all original tags must be attached to the product.
We ask you to always open the product packages carefully without damaging them. If it is not possible to open the package without damaging it, the product you wish to return does not have to be in its original packaging.
All items purchased at mercahndise.positivusfestival.com are covered by a 2 year warranty. Your order confirmation or invoice, serves as your warranty card.
Warranty covers damage caused by a manufacturing defect or raw material quality. You can invoke the warranty by contacting us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or by adres Ūdens iela 12-106, Riga, LV-1007. Free warranty repair or replacement will be carried out, according to manufacturer's rules.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
All of our products listed is being produced by Printful Inc. and will be delivered to You right from Printful's warehouse. The return address is set by default to the Printful Inc. facility. When Printful receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If Printful's facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
